I’m Chris Colvin, and I’m the estate agent for Forth & Carse, I have spent most of my life in the central belt of Scotland. Ive worked in large business and charity throughout my career and for the last ten years have enjoyed developing young people and adult learners while working in further education.

I have a passion for property and I am proud to have joined forces with KW Alloa, who have over 25 years experience in estate agency. I’m excited to be part of this collaboration and be able to bring the KW brand to the Heart of Scotland.

I spend a lot of time with my partner and our two dogs - Abbie and Hector. This takes us to many scenic places (and Hospitality venues) across the local area! I enjoy travelling as it’s great to get to know new people and cultures. Over the last few years I’ve taken up cycling and recently completed a 430 mile charity cycle.
