The whole process from start to finish could not have been handled any better, from the first conversation it was clear that David was fully committed to the process and well invested in the service he was providing, he was there to answer any questions and ensure the process was as stress free as possible.

We were kept in the loop at every stage but we were also content in the knowledge that David was handling everything on our behalf, our property was advertised and 1 HOUR AFTER GO LIVE we received our first offer and the following day made the decision to accept the offer. We had tried unsuccessfully to sell our home through a local agent. After over 3 months of fruitless viewings, we decided to terminate their contract & look for another agent. As luck would have it, Andrew's name was mentioned in a casual conversation & we contacted him. We were so impressed with him from the start; so professional, genuine, knowledgeable & a nice guy too. He explained that he only represented a select number of properties at any one time. We were very happy to hear that he would show the property himself. Andrew was keen to hear about the history of the property & the area & this was subsequently included in our property schedule. Andrew was so thorough in organising the photographs & property schedule & in no time at all, we were back on the market.
