I am so glad we made the decision to use David McGuire as our estate agent. Initially we did shop about and find cheaper alternatives but as they say you get what you pay for and every penny has been worth it.

The whole process from start to finish could not have been handled any better, from the first conversation it was clear that David was fully committed to the process and well invested in the service he was providing, he was there to answer any questions and ensure the process was as stress free as possible.

We were kept in the loop at every stage but we were also content in the knowledge that David was handling everything on our behalf, our property was advertised and 1 HOUR AFTER GO LIVE we received our first offer and the following day made the decision to accept the offer. The sale has now completed and I could not be happier with the service we received, there was not any point in the process in which I though I had made the wrong decision and would definitely contact David in the future as well as recommend him to any family or friends looking to sell their property.

David goes above and beyond for both the seller and the buyer. He made the process of me buying my flat much less daunting and was always on hand to answer any questions I had, and nothing was ever a bother to him. He genuinely cares and wants to help make the process go as smoothly as possible for everyone involved. He is professional but very approachable and friendly, I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent.
