We had tried unsuccessfully to sell our home through a local agent. After over 3 months of fruitless viewings, we decided to terminate their contract & look for another agent. As luck would have it, Andrew's name was mentioned in a casual conversation & we contacted him. We were so impressed with him from the start; so professional, genuine, knowledgeable & a nice guy too. He explained that he only represented a select number of properties at any one time. We were very happy to hear that he would show the property himself. Andrew was keen to hear about the history of the property & the area & this was subsequently included in our property schedule. Andrew was so thorough in organising the photographs & property schedule & in no time at all, we were back on the market. There were a dozen enquires that first weekend, but Andrew filtered through them & arranged only two appointments for the first day of viewings. We popped next door to our neighbours & left him to show the property. On our return, it was clear that the viewer was in love with our home and he intimated there would be an offer that day.
