Craig Driver

Having lived all my life in Hamilton, 3 years ago I moved to Newarthill in Motherwell. It's a part of Scotland that I love and know well and look forward to building my Estate Agency in my local area.
I have studied and worked in Construction and Surveying for the last 3 years, and through this I have built up my awareness and knowledge on what does, and doesn't, help properties to sell successfully. I offer advice to buyers also, helping them understand Home Reports and highlighting any areas that they need to be aware of.
Over the past 2 years I have really concentrated on learning Estate Agency Fundamentals and have assisted investors to source properties and achieve high rental yields.
I am now looking forward to building on my experience by helping people to achieve their property goals, whether it be buying, selling or investing. I am very much looking forward to working with you in the future.
