I have been selling property for 31 years . I have gained experience in selling new and second hand property since the early 1990s. I have lived in Bristol all my life and I am married with 3 children and a granddaughter. I offer a one to one service for all vendors looking to sell their property. I am there at the very start to value your property and guide you through if needed how to present your property to show its best features. I take the photographs and add your listing onto Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation. All the viewings are accompanied. I am open from 8-8 pm every day including Sundays. I guide you through the process and I will be there to chase Solicitors and give you feedback within 24 hours of your viewings. I negotiate to get vendors the best price for their property. I am there until the very end to handover your keys to your new buyers .
